1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Solo AI Coach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Solo AI Coach provides AI-powered analysis of coaching session transcripts using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) meta-model detection. The Service analyzes client conversations to identify limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, and suggest coaching interventions.
Two analysis modes:
- Conversational NLP: text-based conversation analysis
- Hypnotherapy (NLP): specialized analysis for hypnotherapy practitioners
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You will not upload transcripts containing identifying information about real clients without their consent
- You understand this Service provides analysis for coach reflection, not clinical diagnosis
- You retain full responsibility for client outcomes and session decisions
- You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes
4. Limitations of Service
- Analysis is a tool for coach reflection, not a substitute for professional judgment
- Findings are "hypotheses to explore," not diagnoses or clinical recommendations
- We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your practice
- We are not liable for coaching decisions made based on our analysis
5. Subscription Tiers & Pricing
Free Tier
- Conversational NLP: unlimited text analysis
- Hypnotherapy mode: first 20 analyses free (trial)
- Audio upload: $1 per file (optional)
Hypnotherapy Basic: $20/month
- 20 hypnotherapy analyses per month
- Overage: purchase a $25 credit pack (20 analyses, never expire) once your monthly 20 are used
- Audio upload: $1 per file
- Renews monthly; cancel anytime
Hypnotherapy Pro: $60/month
- Unlimited hypnotherapy analyses per month
- Audio upload: $1 per file
- Renews monthly; cancel anytime
Overage Credits
- Purchase $25 per 20 analyses (never expire)
- Deducted from balance when you exceed tier limit
6. Payment Terms
- Payment is processed monthly via Stripe
- Charges occur on the same day each month as subscription start date
- You are responsible for keeping payment information current
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds are not available for partial-month usage
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel anytime via your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing cycle
- No refunds for unused analyses or partial months
- Overage credits are non-refundable
8. Use of Coaching Data for Product Improvement
Anonymized Data Use
30 days after a session is deleted, we anonymize it and use it to:
- Improve our analysis algorithms and accuracy
- Identify common coaching patterns and limiting beliefs
- Create research insights and industry reports
- Develop online courses and educational content
- Share aggregate findings with the coaching community
Important: Anonymization removes the direct links back to you and your client — it does not edit the conversation content itself:
- The session is no longer linked to your coach account or client record
- The session title (which often names the client) is removed
- The transcript, notes, and analysis content are retained as written
- This applies to every deleted session, regardless of subscription tier
Data Retention & Deletion
Active sessions:
- Retained for as long as your account and the session exist
- You can access, export, or request deletion of a session anytime by contacting support
Deleted sessions:
- Kept for 30 days after deletion, in case you need it restored
- After 30 days, anonymized as described above and retained indefinitely for product improvement and research
- This applies to every coach, regardless of subscription tier
Automated Process:
- Daily job identifies sessions deleted more than 30 days ago
- Removes the coach/client links and session title
- Moves the remaining content into an internal archive
- Removes the original from the active session list
- Process logged for audit trail
Example:
- Jan 1: A session is deleted
- Jan 1–31: Still recoverable on request
- Feb 1: Job anonymizes and archives the session — no longer visible in the app or linked to any account
- Feb 1 onward: Archived data retained indefinitely for internal use
Your Rights
You can:
- Request export of your coaching data anytime
- Request deletion of a session anytime by contacting support (deleted sessions are still anonymized and archived after 30 days, as above)
- See aggregate research findings we publish
You cannot:
- Prevent anonymization of a session once the 30-day period has passed
- Receive refunds for research participation
We're exploring additional data controls, including a paid option to opt out of the research archive entirely. This section will be updated if and when that becomes available.
9. Privacy & Data Security

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for coaching outcomes, client decisions, or third-party actions
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solo AI Coach from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these terms
- Your coaching practices or client relationships
- Any content you upload to the Service
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Change pricing with 30 days notice
- Update these terms (changes effective upon posting)
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Termination
We may terminate your account if:
- You violate these terms
- You fail to pay subscription fees
- We discontinue the Service
Upon termination:
- Your access ends immediately
- Raw data is retained for 90 days, then deleted
- Anonymized data remains for research use
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
